Hi, we're Sean and Katie, co-founders of Habitbetter.

We're not faceless tech investors looking to solely make a profit, we're a brother-sister duo who feel passionate about making a difference in the world of therapy and coaching.

The two of us couldn't be more different...except when it comes to mental health, goal setting, and healthy coping skills.

Sean is a MBA, certified Scrum Master, and triathlete who lives, breathes, and eat healthy habits. He is an active journaler and meditates daily. Sean has read just about every book on self improvement, habit formation, and goal setting, and wanted a better way to share what he's learned. So, as the ultimate achiever...he created it. 

Katie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She trained at one of the top ten academic medical centers in the U.S. and now she has her own private practice in San Diego where she works with individuals, couples, and families to manage and overcome their struggles, heal and strengthen relationships, and find growth and fulfillment. She co-founded Habitbetter to make these tools for growth accessible to all who want them.
